Had a great experience as we drove on our Speedboat Tour! The views and beach were amazing. Ricardo was excellent in coordinating our tour from our hotel in Cancun, Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. 5 Stars!!!

It was great time to tour with this company. I did snorkel activity and i enjoyed time in Island where there are colorful stores and small restaurants. Most of guide were very welcome to all visitors kind. When the time almost finished all activities then return to meeting area, guide indirectly force to customer to pay tips on happy box,but it was ok to pay tips to them, because i was enjoyed with their service. However,one ederly guide who seems leader in guide group seemed to be no passion to take care customers. Communication was not properly going on it with him. When boat was landing in meeting point at hotel he asked who need return transportation, i woke up my hands and wait to hear next explanation but he move back and take care other customer group. I was confused should i wait the guide or heading to the meeting spot i met the guide in meeting area. Few min later, he explained trasportation he just indicate with his finger and say going up then straight to main lobby the meeting area in hotel was i visited first tme and too worried to take time to find main lobby,because the guide only say if i late returned bus the tour driver would leave then guide back to his work. It was first time to visit Cancun the merting area hotel is not the same hotel i stay only few minut left to get transportation the guide just left. I have no idea if i missed return transportation. I do not want to use this company again.

I arranged a private boat trip through the very friendly and personable Ricardo (Rui Palace). Ricardo and I had been speaking for a number of days until we had finally settled on the perfect trip (Isla Blanc, snorkelling on a reef and a spot of fishing in the lagoon). The trip was well organised with a transfer from the hotel to the dock and then the boat trip. A lot of memories created. Thank you to the team that hosted us on the day and a massive thank you to Ricardo for the recommendation. Great service!
