This company contracts with different companies for their offers. The staff if friendly, minded clearly, that they want your business. And the companies providing their service are mostly accurate with what they intend to offer. The discontent comes from the transportation companies they use: non of them drivers are on time-never- and are not very friendly. Now: the submarine story is a sham: it’s a big boat with glassed windows. Not an actual submarine! In my humble opinion, you will see more by snorkeling a couple of feet (10 at most) from the shore of the hotel. The snorkeling trip is worthwhile doing. (I paid for two people 100 USD for both trips (they started charging 100 per activity per person - so 400 dollars!).
