Scandi Divers Resort

We just returned from a week of staying and scuba diving with Scandi Divers in Puerto Galera Philippines. There is a reason that Scandi won the 2025 Scuba Readers’ Choice Award. Our stay was an absolute pleasure! The staff are very friendly and made us feel at welcome. The resort balances a peaceful beachfront atmosphere on Big La Laguna Beach with a top-tier, PADI 5-Star dive operation. Rex the Scuba Diving Manager is awesome. He keeps the Dive Operational running smooth and efficient. The Dive Masters emphasize safety but remember to keep it fun. The DM’s and guests dive in small groups and usually the group has their own boat. The DM’s provide excellent Dive Site Briefings, so all the divers know what to expect. Dive Shop Staff also take your tank and gear to the boat and also rinse and hang up all your gear when you return. Most dive sites are just a 5-10 minute boat ride away. TIP: Do not pass on the Verde Island Drop Off Dives. The dives are absolutely stunning. I have been diving in a lot of places in the World and these dives are some of the best in the World. Scandi Divers and their friendly and professional staff provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. I cannot wait to return for another visit.

Service, food, diving, it was all fantastic! The crew was incredibly friendly and outgoing. The diving was amazing! I would definitely visit this location 2 more times!?

I have traveled to many dive resorts and Skandi divers has topped them all. Great service and the food was outstanding. They treat you like you are part of their family. Highly recommend you go.
