The car parking is fairly basic but suitable providing the restaurant and resorr are not to busy. Sorry but the washrooms were not good - looked bright, but the floor was wet, no toilet seats and although the fitting looked good - there was nothing to use to dry your hands. The menu is fairly basic and actually is a disappointment when you look at the setting. The price is not to high or low but reasonable for what is offered. WOULD I RECOMMEND? - Yes give it a go but do not set your expectations to high. WILL I RETURN? - Yes i would give it another try to see how the location matures.

I never expected to find a gem of a place in that spot of Lipa, Batangas but Rose Villa prove me wrong. A lovely, quiet and comfy resort with such sweet and peaceful ambience. Rose Villa has been the venue for both ceremony and reception of a Friend's wedding. I cannot think of any place better. I love the lush greens all over the place that brings cool crisp air even in the hot March afternoon. The garden is so beautiful that makes it perfect for a very important event. The design is well thought off and carefully place in just the right place. The rooms are clean, fine furniture, and spacious. The crew are the best! They are very helpful and always ready and joyfully assist our every need. The lovely Ms Rutchie is just awesome in coordinating every detail. So gracious to us. We love her! We highly recommend this place for a family get away or to celebrate a life's milestone!

Incredible place to relax. The villas are wonderful and spacious but I found the floors on the 2nd floor to be really noisy even if you try to tiptoe on them. Kudos to the staff, they are very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. However, there are lots of mosquitoes in the late afternoon so make sure to bring insect repellent although they do provide electric mosquito killers inside the rooms.
