Dove with Rainbow Reef the last 2 days, 8 dives in all. The crew and Captains were GREAT! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Took us on the dives we wanted and offered great service!

I booked a last minute dive for the Spiegel Grove and USCGC Duanne last week. The online booking was seamless (except for not having the option to add nitrox on the booking). I showed a little early and watched the crews prep the boats for mornings trips. It was great to see the positive attitudes and the welcoming staff. Luckily my boat had only 12 divers so there was a good amount of guides per diver. My guide was Bridget. After me telling her that I was a relatively new diver and had a huge fear of sharks, she helped put me at ease and ensured that I was going to be in for a great dive. I can not say how grateful I am for her positive attitude and professionalism as she helped made my first shark encounter absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the seas were too rough to go to the Duane, so we double dipped at the Spiegel Grove. The Captain even offered to drive around so we wouldn't just sit on the rolling waves. But was stayed put. The staff were all engaging and helped made the surface interval go by quickly. I couldn't have been happier with my first trip diving in the Keys with Rainbow Reef and I will certainly be doing many more in the future.
