Pro Dive International - The Westin Cozumel

I had a great scuba diving experience at Pro Dive! Andrés and Edgar were friendly and professional. Their expertise and guidance made it truly memorable. I'm definitely coming back for more dives next time I'm in Cozemel.

Finished my open water certification through them while staying at the Westin. Overall a great experience from most of the communication with the dive shop before our trip to the instructors that we had. On day 1, they started us with a quick pool check in morning (rough seas or they would have gone in lagoon) and had us come back for a boat trip locally. Day two got a little confusing as they had us take a taxi to the Occidental for the dives there. This was my main complaint in the communication…they never really mentioned this upfront and had us front the taxi fee. After pushing they agreed to reimburse half but it was a bit of a nuisance to get pesos and sort through. They could have just factored this in. On the other hand the diving from the Occidental was much better (same dive company). I’d definitely still recommend them but just something to be aware of. Would certainly use again.
