My husband and I arrived Cozumel after finishing the open water course in Isla Mujeres. As beginners, a few days before the diving we were worried about the currents and sea conditions in Cozumel, and Ivan was extremely helpful and patient with us via WhatsApp. The moment we met Ivan in person we saw how professional and thorough he is, the equipment is excellent, and the diving locations were amazing. If you want to have the best scuba diving experience whilst visiting Cozumel, you can't go wrong with Ivan from PRIVATE DIVING. Ivan is an amazing guide and instructor. He is very knowledgeable and he is that scuba diving professional you always dream of finding. He is also super friendly and easy going. You will have an amazing time before, during, and after your dives. If you are lucky you will even try the best fresh ceviche of your life. I have been taken to the French reef, the Palancar gardens reef, the Santa Rosa Wall, and the Dalila wall too. My favourite part is when you let go of yourself whilst drift diving. I have seen massive turtles, nurse sharks, stingrays, eals -particularly one that was massive-, and plenty of colourful fish.  Ivan has got a great eye and he's good at spotting lobsters and other types of sea animals.
