Now I understand the name of the place, I felt like a pirncess since day 1 ✨ These guys made a big effort to make sure my experience was excelent. Rionna, thank you for being my second mom, preparing delicious food and making me feel at home. Stonner, thank you for your hospitality and hard work. Arthur, Boni and Indra, I just love you boys 🤣 I saw all the marine life I always dreamt, and more. I was going to Bunaken but I decided to stay here because its insane the amount of wildlife you can see per dive. With all my love ♥️

I had 5 wonderful nights at the Princess Homestay. So far, it was the most authentic stay of my holidays in Indonesia. The Homestay has two rooms (as of October, 2025) and you live closely with Riona‘s and Stonner‘s family. There are kids around as well as regular visitors for bingo nights! The whole family welcomed me very warmly and made sure I had a great time staying with them. The food was always plentiful and delicious! The room is basic but has AC, there‘s a bucket shower and a simple toilet to use. I did 6 dives with them and loved it. I saw lots of cool creatures while muck diving in Lembeh Strait from frog fishes to ghost pipe fish and octopuses and so much more. I was lucky and saw a blue ringed octopus on my last dive here! I recommend this homestay for everyone looking for an affordable and authentic stay inside a lovely indonesian family with great and very comfortable diving!
