Criminals! utter frauds! I brought my D9 Sunnto to have a battery replaced as they tout themselves as the authorized Sunnto repair center. My watch was returned but the tones were not working after the first repair. i took it back and it was returned non functioning. They had removed the battery to obfuscate the fact they had damaged the watch and claimed it was no longer functional and had to be sent to the USA for repair. Upon bringing it back home and to my local repair center it was discovered it was stripped for parts and had defective parts put in their place. How do i know? the back of the watch was engraved/personalized the watch back that i got no longer had the engraving, and was missing the piezo tape + pins. Scuba Price/GroupoMAK exchanged the back of my d9 with another non functioning d9 probably to make their non functioning one work at my expense thinking im some dumb tourist who wouldn't notice until it was too late. The matter is being reported to police and PROFECO- Mexico’s Consumer Protection Agency. I intend to run advertisements in scuba magazines and local papers to warn people about GroupoMAK and Price Scuba as well. They will not get away with this. these people are criminals pure and simple, beware!

The Apeks dealer at MeDive dive center is much more professional!!! I was defrauded by this store who is an official scubapro dealer!!!! I purchased a product from them and when I went home I realized the seal on the packaging was broken and the product was damaged!!! When I went back they told me they cannot refund me the money and an exchange would take 2-3 months!!! I regret buying a scubapro product!!! I should have bought Apeks instead, MeDive dive center is the local Apeks dealer they have great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable about both recreational and technical scuba gear
