An incredible family adventure with Poseidon Diving School in Protaras! We completed our Open Water Diver course with Gabriel, who was the perfect instructor — calm, patient, and truly passionate about diving. He made every dive safe, fun, and full of excitement for all of us. We couldn’t have imagined a better way to discover the underwater world together. Amazing experience from start to finish. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys. From the moment I contacted Poseidon to enquire about last minute availability to do my Open Water course they were helpful, communicative and flexible with a professional yet friendly style. With just 2 day's notice and only a 6 day window (while I was on holiday in Cyprus), Val and Gabriel commited to helping me achieve my goal of attaining my Open Water qualification. Their briefing methodology, deep knowledge and attention to detail made me feel unquestionably safe, yet challenged to independently learn at my own pace. I couldn't have asked for more. After achieving my OW, they both then went beyond all my expectations to rearrange their personal plans to extend my experience with an Advanced Open Water course, including 2 dives on the iconic Zenobia ship wreck. Absolutely recommended...it was breathtaking! The whole experience felt like I was spending time with 2 close friends; as though we had been dive buddies for decades. I will certainly be keeping in touch with both Val and Gabriel as diving role models going forwards, and wouldn't hesitate to ask them for advice. Top class diving centre. Highly recommend!
