Pleasure diving center

Our first dive experience and it was much more than we'd hoped for. The dive instructors on our trip, including Mustafa, were friendly, patient and very professional. Thank you everyone for an experience of a lifetime!!

The worst dive centre in Sharm. Worst experience from the pick up. I was told pick up was 08:00 - 08:10. And they would come into the resort to pick us up as I had a heavy bag with my equipment. Pick up arrived at 07:50, refused to come into the resort, so I had to carry my heavy bag to the main road. The driver was rude saying we were late for pick up. The trip was for 3 people snorkelling with 2 doing an intro dive and me doing 2 dives. At the jetty they told us they did not provide equipment and had to hire snorkel, Masks and fins and life jackets. We waited 2 hours at the jetty. The trip was to go to Tiran Island but the first stop was a local stop at Ras Bob. The 2 intro dives as we were told should be about 20 to 30 minutes but they last only 5 minutes in the water, our friends who did the intro dives enjoyed the dive experience but were very disappointed with the amount of time in the water. They were told if they wanted longer in the water they would have to pay for more money for time in the water. I had not dived for 6 months so I was told I had to do a refresher dive and was asked pay to an extra 60 €. I refused so they refused to sign my log book. Also, as a result I had no briefing or buddy check with the dive instructor. Both dives were around 30 minutes. The dive master and the Dive instructors were very rude and unhelpful, I assume because I refused to pay for the additional refresher dive. I have been diving in Sharm for over 20 years and if my last dive is over 6 months, the dive instructor has just done a quick check dive when we enter the water. The dive centre staff were very unhelpful and did not speak to me through out the day. The boat and the crew were helpful. I will not be diving with this dive centre again and would not recommend them to anyone.
