We had such a great experience with Piratas Alona Dive Center! From the start, the ladies at the reception were super nice and even helped us find some excursions — and we got a good discount because we were diving with them! 😊 A huge thank you to our dive guide Jericho — he’s professional, friendly, and made every dive enjoyable and safe. We did 12 dives in total, and each one was fantastic! Everything was well organized and ran smoothly from beginning to end. My wife and I had an amazing experience with the team at Piratas Alona Dive Center! My wife completed her Open Water Diver certification, and I completed my NITROX and Deep Diver certifications. Everything was reasonably priced, including the fun dives. One really special detail was that my wife was able to have a Spanish speaking instructor, Aitor. He is fantastic, funny, and a great teacher / leader. My instructor was Nico, and I really enjoyed his instruction and encouragement. One awesome perk was the boat. Huge open layout with tons of room. Also, the entire deck is covered in a comfortable foam which is also seems to be slip resistant. Every single member of the Piratas team was always helpful and accommodating for us. We felt safe and and in good hands. If you are looking to dive with a group at Alona Beach, choose Piratas. You will not regret your decision!
