Okidives

I had a fantastic experience with this dive center. What really stood out was how safe and comfortable I felt throughout the entire trip. The crew was professional and very attentive. Even though the weather was bad when we started, we still managed to see everything on the itinerary, and the sun even came out for a little while! A huge bonus was the photos—they turned out to be absolutely wonderful. The entire trip was very convenient and well-organized. We even had a quick stop at a 7-Eleven to grab some food before the long transfer, which was a small detail that made a big difference. I highly recommend them for a safe, comfortable, and beautiful diving trip!

It was a great experience to try diving for the first time in my life. The beach diving places are not too far and both are beautiful. At first, I wanted to take pictures by myself and was surprised to learn that it is not allowed for the first dive, but after the dive, I was able to see why. Fortunately, my instructor Chloe did a good job. She helped me during the dives and took pictures and videos. When I was underwater, I was happy that I didn't need to use my camera. The first location mostly has corals and a rusty tube. The second location is deeper and harder. First, you need to move by holding the chain, then you go down and discover more corals, fish and wrecks. Because I had 2 dives, I was able to experience both positive and negative sides of diving. During the first dive, it was something new, and I had to concentrate, so at first, I didn't have much time to look at the corals. But a funny thing is that a dark-blue fish bit me! Later, when I adaped everything was ok. During the second dive, I had problems with the mask. I didn't know that water could fill your nose up to eyes, and it is OK! And the problem was that my lips were tired! So I didn't hold the tube so tight and got extra oxygen. I was nervous and asked to return as I thought something is wrong. I thought my legs or arms would get tired or I have problems with the nitrogen later, but I wasn't prepared I need to have stronger lips! Anyway, it was a great experience! Thank you very much! I wanted to try Subnautica in real life, and I got it. I will try to continue diving in the future.

I had the most amazing introduction to scuba diving with Okidives and coach Iris! Being a total beginner, I appreciated how Iris broke everything down step by step, from gear setup to underwater signals, all with a calm and encouraging vibe that put my nerves at ease. The dive itself was breathtaking. Crystal-clear waters, vibrant marine life, and those incredible coral formations that felt straight out of a documentary. Okidives’ staff were super organized and safety-focused, making the whole outing seamless. If you’re heading to Okinawa for adventure, don’t miss this. Absolutely 5 stars - I’m already planning my next dive!
