Amazing time spent at Ocean Tigers with Ben and his team. I stayed there first for a pool competition and then for depth and some more pool training. Ben has so much experience with freediving, combined with impressive skills to teach and share his knowledge. Learned so much, and still learning with great virtual coaching. Cant wait to go back to Cabo San Lucas, planning my AIDA's Instructor level certification with the Ocean Tigers team for December.

Training with Ocean Tigers was one of the most beautiful freediving experiences I’ve ever had. What stood out the most wasn’t just the depth or the conditions —it was the spirit of Cabo and its sea. Ben is calm, experienced, intuitive, and fully present. He is a great observer and gives great input that I will take with me for futre dives. Most importantly, he believes in you. Here in Cabo I had morning dives that felt unforgettable: hearing whales sing during my warm-ups, diving into blue water that looked almost sacred, and sharing space with sea lions and dolphins.
