I had a blast doing my AIDA instructor training with Sergio at Ocean Freediving. The facilities we met at every morning were extremely comfortable, allowed for great pool training and post-training relaxation, as well as theory classes. The conditions in the water were superb for February, with very stable temperature (19 all around), no thermocline and rarely any current. Sergio was an excellent instructor in and out of the water - observing, helpful, funny and always in a good mood, with impressive technical knowledge. He helped me access performances that initially seemed out of reach, without making it seem difficult. The whole atmosphere was fantastic and I can't wait to be back. Grazie Sergio, ci vediamo!

I had such a great time with Sergio at Ocean Freediving Lanzarote! In 2022, I completed the AIDA 1+2 courses, and this year 2025 I did the AIDA 3. He is not only a very good teacher but also always fun to be around! The center where we meet for the theory and pool training is such a nice place. Sergio has many great stories to share and a LOT of experience!
