Neptune Diving Resort Moalboal

I did my PADI Open Water certification with Neptune Diving Resort and I honestly cannot thank them enough. I first went there just for a discovery dive during the Sardine Run. Raul was the dive guide with me that day and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. He was so sweet, calm and reassuring the entire time. As someone who is not naturally comfortable in water, I felt completely safe with him. He guided me so patiently and made sure I was enjoying every moment underwater. That dive changed something in me. Right after that, I decided to take the Open Water certification. Jun was my instructor for the course and I truly could not have asked for a better trainer. I am generally scared of water, especially when conditions are not very favourable. But Jun helped me slowly overcome that fear. He trained me thoroughly, made me practice until I got things right, and taught me how to trim properly and control myself in the water with confidence. What I respect most about him is his patience. No matter how many times I struggled with a skill, he never lost his cool. He made sure I learned it properly and did not let me give up on myself. You can clearly see how experienced he is, but more than that, he genuinely cares about his students becoming good and confident divers. What started as a simple discovery dive turned into one of the biggest personal milestones of my life. Thank you Raul. Thank you Jun. I had an amazing time doing the PADI OW course and would recommend for someone who’s never dived before. Our instructor Alliah was awesome, she made the experience so fun and relaxing. I always felt safe and calm in this new unfamiliar underwater world. I chose this diving centre because their course was one of the most affordable in MoalBoal, but it didn’t feel like the affordability was compromising on anything. The location is great, the water is warm and all the reefs are beautiful.

Amazing beachfront diving resort! We were so lucky to complete our Advanced course with Garcia—he was absolutely brilliant. So passionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience unforgettable. We also stayed at the resort and found the rooms really comfortable. The restaurant serves great food, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend—get your courses booked!
