Very hard to get ahold of...tried confirming details of reservation days in advance with no communication back. Finally was able to reach by phone the day before and was told he would most likely have to cancel due to issues with the boat. The next day I received an email saying the reservation was cancelled and a refund would be issued. I am still waiting on the refund two weeks later and now have to work through my credit card company as Nautique is again unresponsive. Avoid at all costs!
