Namaste El Nido

Had a 10/10 hour long Namaste Signature Massage here. The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. While it’s a bit pricier than other beach massages nearby, the quality and how in depth the massage was SO worth it. The pressure was really good, and the massage was held upstairs outside with a nice ocean breeze. We left feeling so relaxed. Would definitely recommend to anyone in El Nido looking for a massage that’s worth the price. The signature massage also comes with a yoga class, either hatha or vinyasa, which was awesome. Such a great yoga teacher.

My favourite place for yoga, massage and smoothie bowls in El Nido. I can’t express how much I love this place. After my first visit for yoga I went back everyday. Morning Ashtanga yoga with Chit is the best. Very good energy at Namaste yoga and massage. I also began my yoga teaching journey here. After completing my teachers training in India I found myself teaching at Namaste. I stayed in El Nido for over 4 months. Namaste became my home away from home. If you are staying in El Nido and feel like taking a yoga class or maybe you are in need of a massage, check out Namaste. I think you will love it. Also the cafe has amazing food 😋

I had the Namaste Signature Massage at Namaste Massage and Spa, and it was truly one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, I already felt a sense of calm and safety in the space. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and incredibly grounding. Every movement felt intentional, and my body honestly felt so thankful after the session. It was one of those massages where you don’t realize how much tension you’re holding until it’s gently released. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely at ease. The masseuses are so kind, attentive, and skilled, they really listen to your body and adjust perfectly to what you need. You can feel the care they put into their work, not rushed at all. What made the experience even more special was Chit, the owner, who personally welcomed me with such gentle, warm energy. That alone sets the tone for the whole experience. You can truly feel that this place is run with heart, intention, and genuine care for their guests. I highly, highly recommend Namaste Massage and Spa, especially the Namaste Signature. If you’re looking for deep relaxation, real body relief from start to finish, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back.
