I can’t recommend it highly enough! Stefan and Zahraa are just great. Both very experienced in coaching AND competing. Very structured and professional approach. When teaching, they always create nice, lovely and calm energy. The place they have in Light House is very quite, clean and organised.
I participated in Nafas min Dahab in November 2024 and loved every bit of it. Zahra and Stefan indeed curated a wholesome camp with a lot of practice and valuable information. It doesn’t matter what depth you’re at, they pick it up from right where you are. Definitely worth the experience!
I had a lovely time assisting Stefan on an Instructor course for my IT upgrade. Stefan is for sure one of the most knowledgable Instructor Trainers out there and I am so glad that I got to learn from the best! If you are looking to gain more experience in freediving - Nafas Min Dahab is such a great & safe environment to learn in. :)
