We did the sea scooters/snorkel in Lahaina and it was a phenomenal experience! I took my kids (16 &12) who had previous snorkel experience. The scooters were easy to learn. The location was the best snorkelling I’ve seen and I’ve been coming to Maui since I was a little girl. Our guide, Seth, was very knowledgeable and had a keen eye for spotting marine life; he spotted a resting reef shark and dove down to point out where it was for us. I recommend doing the 8am trip to avoid the boat load of people jumping into the same area around 10am. I can’t recommend this experience enough. Truly exhilarating for me and my kids.

A fantastic snorkeling experience. Me and my wife are non swimmers and we were a little skeptical about Snorkeling at first, but our guide G made it so simple. He was extremely kind and patient with us, taught us the very basics until we got comfortable and then took us into the ocean. Using the snorkel scooter was so much fun. We had taken a private tour and it was worth every penny. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to go snorkeling.
