Pleasant experience, very personalised dive plans, and they were more than willing to accommodate to our needs and wants. Was a pleasure keeping in contact with them throughout the process as they are kind, earnest and friendly. We did the cenote dives and everything went well and safe. Our guide (instructor and full cave diver) constantly checked on us to make sure we were ok, and carried a double tank in case any of us needed air.

Honestly, choosing to reach out to them and dive with this shop was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The entire experience was well-organized and packed with excitement. Communication was smooth, timely, and super effective. I absolutely love this dive shop. The only thing I regret is my own diving skill— even though I’m certified, I still have a lot to improve. I brought my camera but didn’t manage to take many good photos. At first, I felt a little disappointed… but then I realized—what matters most is being present, not just showing off pictures online. What you see with your own eyes is more powerful than anything a camera can capture. 📸👀 I know I’ll definitely come back.
