Mobula Divers Diving Center

We had an amazing diving day with Mobula Divers. We were so lucky we could see Thirdy, a 4m mobula alfredi manta ray. Simon was so kind and he loves nudibranch as much as we do. Thank you so much for such a great day underwater!!

I am so incredibly grateful for the experience we had with Mobula Divers — this was, without question, one of the most meaningful and memorable parts of our time in Palawan. The dive sites are truly breathtaking. Every dive was filled with life: beautiful coral reefs, colorful fish, turtles, nudibranchs, and flower pot corals everywhere you looked. Even though we didn’t see mantas this time, it honestly didn’t take away from the experience at all. The quality of the diving and the care put into every detail made it exceptional. What truly sets Mobula Divers apart is Jhong, the owner. From the moment we met him, he made us feel genuinely welcome. He is fun, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive, taking the time to show us around the island and introduce us to local spots. His warmth and generosity made a lasting impression — he quickly felt like a friend, not just someone running a dive shop. We are so thankful to have met him. The entire team is outstanding including Simone and Alex. They are kind, professional, and deeply knowledgeable. These instructors are not only skilled and safety-focused, but also genuinely enjoyable to dive with. It’s clear they have great respect for the ocean and marine life, which made every dive feel responsible and meaningful. The atmosphere at Mobula Divers is relaxed, positive, and full of heart. Everything about this place feels authentic and thoughtfully run. We stayed next door at Ursula Resort, which we also highly recommend. It truly feels like a 5-star resort without the 5-star price tag, a real hidden gem in Palawan. The combination of incredible diving and such a wonderful place to stay made our trip unforgettable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. This is one of those special places you don’t want to leave. Even without seeing mantas, I can say with complete confidence that Mobula Divers is the best choice in Palawan. I recommend them with my whole heart and would return without hesitation. We had an absolutely amazing time diving with Mobula and John. We saw multiple mantas in our very first dive. The best part is how respectful they are of the animal and the environment and make that clear to all divers. The staff other than the instructors was also extremely sweet and helpful. We had a nice breakfast sandwich and fruits in between the morning dives. The equipment is brand new and very good. I can not recommend this place enough. Please please go and you’ll be great full!!
