II just finished my first day of the Freediver course with Theo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Theo was incredibly patient and supportive throughout—something that really made the experience feel personal and tailored to me. Despite not feeling 100%, I still managed a 2:55 static apnea and got down to around 12 meters on the line dive, even hitting the duck dive on just my second attempt. I was honestly surprised by what I was capable of, thanks to Theo’s calm guidance and encouragement. I’ll definitely continue the course once I’m feeling fully well again. If you’re thinking about trying freediving, I can only recommend doing it with Theo—an amazing instructor who truly makes you feel seen and supported.

I did the level 1 free-dive certification with Theo as the instructor , I strongly recommend this club if you are thinking about trying free diving. The organisation and material are impeccable, Theo’s teaching is a great mix between optimizing performance and keeping it safe and fun, no pressure. The visibility and water temperature are also amazing, definitely a great place to try or evolve in the sport! Thanks to the whole team 😌🤿🫰
