Moana Dive Air

Diving with Ang since 2021 and foreverrrrr he will be my fav dive instructor! Had such a great experience diving with him. He’s fun and easygoing, but at the same time very calm and steady — which honestly makes you feel safe right away. His instructions are super clear and easy to follow, and he really makes sure everyone understands before getting in the water. I always remember his ABCDE guide before rolling back to water! You can tell safety is a priority for him, but he still keeps the vibe relaxed and enjoyable. He’s also naturally hospitable and great at connecting with different people, whether you’re a beginner or already experienced. You feel supported the whole time. Highly recommend diving with Ang — you’re in good hands.

We recently visited a diving club Moana Five Air on Gili Air and were extremely happy with the whole experience. The owner, Ang, is very friendly and welcoming, and from the very beginning it was clear that they genuinely care about their guests. Initially, we planned for our children to try only the Scuba Discovery program, but thanks to the professional guidance, they ended up completing the Junior Open Water Diver course instead. The kids’ instructor, Evans, explained everything clearly and taught with great patience and professionalism. The children felt safe, confident, and well supported throughout the entire course. Although the club had only recently opened, all the equipment was brand new and high quality. A big advantage was that they have their own boat as well as a pool for training sessions before going into open water. We were very satisfied with their service and highly recommend this diving club to anyone visiting Gili Air who is looking for a professional, friendly, and safe diving experience.

I first dove with Ang in Gili T a few years ago and later again in Bali,Ahmed, and from the very beginning, I knew he was exceptional. Ang is calm, highly knowledgeable, and deeply connected to the sea. Safety is always his priority, which allows you to completely relax and enjoy the dive. He explains clearly, reads the situation effortlessly, and always shows you something special underwater. What I love most is his energy, he always has a smile on his face. He’s happy, joyful, and there’s always fun included. Diving with him feels safe, easy, and simply beautiful. I’m so happy his dream has come true with his own dive center, Moana in Gili Air. It suits him perfectly. Whenever I’m nearby, he will always be my dive buddy, without a doubt.
