I tried diving for the first time at Mirafondos. It went so wonderfully that next week I was already on an Open Water certification track. I can't say enough good words about the level of this diving center. High standards and professionalism are evident from the start, but also it's clear that everyone at Mirafondos is genuinely happy to be sharing their passion for diving with the world and helping people discover and learn, which makes the experience even more fulfilling. I want to give special thanks to my instructor Fernando. His structured, strict yet easy-going approach to teaching and perceptive, individualised feedback helped me transform from a complete novice to a disciplined, confident and self-reliant beginner diver. Diving as a hobby will stay with me for life and thanks to Mirafondos I feel like I have a solid knowledge base to build on as I gain more experience. Thank you for showing me the underwater world!

I discovered the team last minute with a specific objective of wanting to dive El Cabron & although it wasn’t on their planned agenda they made it happen (thanks K & M) Our guide took was very friendly, spoke in both Spanish & English and ensure that before we stepped into the water we knew the key points on the history of the spot, the biodiversity & safety notes so that we could confidently descend Now when things go great it’s easy to jump on here and write a strong review. So to add a different lens I’ll write about when something went wrong. My dive buddy started to descend but his mask strap broke. Our guide was cool, calm and collected and said “no problems” and handed him another mask and honestly this is the type of confidence and comfort you need when you go diving.
