Our party recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, where we reserved two poolside rooms and one penthouse suite. The poolside rooms were truly magnificent—every detail was flawless, and the space was exceptionally generous. We were so delighted that, on the following day, we requested to change the penthouse suite to another poolside room. We are deeply grateful to the hotel for accommodating our request with such graciousness. When writing a review, one often feels compelled to weigh the strengths against the shortcomings. Yet, in this case, I find it nearly impossible to distinguish one aspect above another. Service, cleanliness, facilities, hospitality, location, and value—every element surpassed anything I have experienced at resorts in the Philippines. Most unforgettable of all, however, was the kindness and warm hospitality of General Manager Andreas and his staff. Their welcome made us feel not like guests from a distant land, but rather as though we had found friends along our journey. Without question, we shall return.

Great experience staying for three nights. Jenny took great care of us negotiating scuba diving for us, holding our motorbike, and always being positive and supportive. Loved having a private pool too.
