I'm not leaving a review as a customer but as a passer by. I experienced really threatening behaviour from a Korean man who works here as I was walking past and got cut off by the tide. I asked if I could cut through the shop and he told me to go away! I asked him which way to go and he said he 'didn't know'. So rude and unhelpful. I'm an experienced diver and will never use this place if that's how they speak to people.

My boyfriend and I just visited moalboal for a chill weekend, and decided to do a dive or two to see the beautiful ocean. I am an experienced diver and my boyfriend is certified open water and has done some advanced skills. While walking along Panagsama beach, we saw moalboal ocean blue and decided to book some dives, the manager was responsive and booked us on the dive boat for the next day. Maybe it is the language barrier, but the dive guides did not do a proper briefing at all before the first dive and we went to about 30m during the first dive, and my boyfriend who hasnt dive in about 6 months, got a really bad mask squeeze with blood clots in the eye and bruises around the eye. The dive guide and company did not ask or say anything when they saw that! I told them, that ofcourse we will not dive after this first dive, and all they said is 'you will not get the refund'. After painfully waiting on the boat for the rest of the divers to come on board after their second dive, we reached back to the dive resort, and literally left the shop, with no body from the dive shop concerned about anything about the divers. The one only dive we did, was merely swimming to get to the boat and was about 30 min only! They didn't try to engage us underwater, nor did they make it comfortable for us on the boat. The only good thing was that the other customers on board were trying to interact with us.
