MAURITIUS DIVE ADVENTURES BEL OMBRE-21

We ( family of 4 )recently qualified but complete beginners, were looked after amazingly well by the Mauritius Dive Adventure team ( Nik, Bobo, Olivier & more ) at Bel Ombre who took us on 2 very special dives and took care of us with the utmost professionalism. Easily accessible from the Heritage Awali ( and other nearby hotels ) via the beach front, I would highly recommend using this dive centre to base your scuba diving trips from.

Absolutely unprofessional dive centre and management is pathetic! After a confirmed dive spot, I came twice at the time I was asked to report and no one was ready, and they finally cancelled the dive - NOT because of weather but because they DO NOT have a dive instructor. The dive centre does not have the courtesy to even inform scuba divers about their lapse and are absolutely unapologetic about ruining a good day for me. I am an advanced certified SCUBA diver with 60+ dives across 8 countries. No where have I seen such behaviour and mismanagement. Mukesh was the PoC for me and he still hasn’t said a word after the fiasco. Please save your precious time in Mauritius and try better dive schools.
