Mario's Diving Center

Probably the best place to stay on Apo. The rooms are reasonably priced (cheap), varying from dorms to both small and more luxurious private rooms (even for families). The staff (literally every single individual) is incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The food served at the restaurant is nice as well, there are multiple options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and these are, again, reasonably priced. They offer free water refills which is also nice. The rooms are basic, but offer all you need during your stay (and it also depends on the price you pay of course). The dive masters & instructors are really chill and incredibly kind guys. They are very enthusiastic about the dives they do and are eager to help and support you in any case. I did a few of my best dives here. A special thanks to Jerry, the divemaster!

I'd 100% recommend diving with and staying at Mario's when in Apo. It felt like home and dives were just amazing thanks to very experienced dive masters - thank you Jerry, Glisa, Lindon, Ron and all the family at Mario's!

We had a great time diving with Jerry and the crew. Jerry was so much fun and made us feel very safe even in rougher conditions. Best dive shop on Apo for sure !
