All they care about is your money. Until the moment you pay, everyone is very attentive and interested. When our program was canceled due to rough seas, no one even informed us, called, or showed up at the departure point! We stood in the sun for 30 minutes with the kids, waiting. Then they didn't want to refund us, saying "the owner took everything," "let's do it some other time," and so on. Only the hotel management intervened, and three hours later we got our money back at the hotel reception. Our nerves and mood were ruined. I was with you this week and right away you sent me diving with another company without any further explanation. The diving equipment that you rented was in very bad condition and I had several serious problems underwater (loss of air due to a pressure gauge in bad condition, the inflation and deflation valve of the jacket gets stuck, poor visibility of the pressure gauge indications...) all this at 15 or 20 meters deep puts the diver's life at serious risk, everything ended well thanks to the ever-watchful presence of the guide, because otherwise I probably wouldn't be here. The worst part is that according to them "There is no problem", it seems that making money from the lives of divers is not very important
