I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews — now they all make sense. It also turns out many of the “good” reviews are basically forced, since people are pressured to leave them if they want their photos. We booked a diving tour just one day before. Within 5 minutes of making the reservation, I realized there was an age restriction and called immediately to cancel. I told the company very clearly: you haven’t done any work, no boat or equipment has been arranged, and yet you’re simply taking our $300+ knowing you don’t have to do anything. Their response? “It’s written, so no.” Then they accused us of “complaining” and refused to let us speak with the manager — saying the manager would never respond anyway. The staff even bragged that he could “sleep just fine” knowing how his company treats people. And when I insisted that it’s basic common sense to allow customers to speak to someone responsible, he demanded I show him “the law that requires companies to connect customers to the manager.” This isn’t just about money. This is about a company that dodges responsibility, mistreats customers, and shows zero respect for safety. You cannot trust them with something as serious as diving. Avoid this company at all costs.
