You can catch the shuttle to Fort de France here. 5 euros one way or 7 return. The ride is about 15 minutes each way.
Nice small marina with a couple of restaurants and small shops for tourists, here you can take a convenient ferry for Fort de France, much better way to get there without trafic jams
Our cruise ship docked on the other side of the bay, so we took a ferry to here. Neat shopping but most everything is written in French and priced in Euros. The pace here is very slow. On the other side of the bay be sure to see St. Louis Cathedral.
