Manta Dive Gili Trawangan

I completed my Open Water diving course and received my certification in the SSI app. It was truly one of the best experiences of my life! A big thank you 🙏🏻 to Kenny, the best instructor ever. He explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood how to practice each skill properly. I felt very comfortable and confident learning with him. If anyone is interested in learning how to dive, I highly recommend him. I did my course at Manta Dive and also stayed there during the trip. The rooms are beautiful and stylish. I absolutely loved them. All the staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful. The food was delicious, and the location is right by the beach, with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, and bike or electric bike rentals nearby, which makes everything so convenient and relaxing. Highly recommended! 🌊✨

Our scuba dive learning session, led by Kenny, was outstanding. He explained all the technical aspects of scuba diving with incredible attention to detail—clear, patient, and thorough, which made everything feel approachable and safe, even for someone newer to diving. The open-water dive that followed was simply breathtaking. Kenny guided us the entire time, ensuring we felt completely secure and in control while we explored the stunning underwater world. The experience was thrilling and unforgettable. Overall, it was a top-notch day with a welcoming, professional team. I highly recommend Manta Dive to anyone looking for an amazing scuba experience with a great group of people—whether you’re a beginner or seasoned diver!

Well this place has absolutely everything! I could not have picked a better place to stay or to dive. I did my Open Water course here with Yohan, he was excellent, patient, friendly, funny and professional. I had such an amazing time I returned a few weeks later to do my Advanced Open Water, this time my instructor was Tom and he was amazing! Super patient, very informative, friendly and highly professional, he allowed us to pick what it was we wanted to concentrate on the most and it really mattered to him that we got the best out of the course and that we enjoyed it to the max. I could not have wished for anyone better! Everyone at Manta though are fabulous, they really go above and beyond before, during and after your diving experience. They are like a big family who all get along amazingly and invite you into their group to socialise and have fun no matter how long you stay there. The accommodation is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is fabulous! Like I said ‘what a place’ . If you want to learn to dive in a safe professional setting then look no further. Highly recommended! Miss all these guys! Wish I was back there! Anna G x
