We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Manado Dive Club! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, which made the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable. The price value is great! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional at all times. The equipment was excellent, very well maintained, and in great condition, which made us feel safe and comfortable during every dive. A special thank you goes to Wena, our dive instructor — he was truly amazing! Patient, knowledgeable, calm, and fun, he made learning easy and helped us gain confidence underwater. Thanks to him, we completely fell in love with diving and passed the exam! We highly recommend Manado Dive Club and would come back anytime!

The dive masters were highly skilled and experienced, providing clear briefings, attentive underwater guidance, and a reassuring presence throughout each dive. Their calm and competent approach contributed greatly to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Another notable strength was the convenient pick-up and drop-off service, which made logistics effortless. This level of organization was further supported by Jodha’s detailed and prompt communication. From initial inquiries to scheduling and on-site coordination, responses were specific, clear, and timely. This proactive communication significantly reduced uncertainty and ensured everything proceeded smoothly. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the limited variety of drinks and light snacks available before and after dives. While basic refreshments were provided, expanding the selection could further enhance the overall comfort and hospitality experience for guests. Overall, Manado Dive Club delivers strong value through professional dive operations, efficient logistics, and excellent communication. With a small enhancement in hospitality offerings, it would be even more impressive. I would gladly consider diving with them again on a future visit to Manado.

I did my AIDA3 and AOW here, plus one extra fun dive day at Bangka Island. What I felt most during the courses was confidence building. AIDA3 was challenging, but the coaching was calm and precise. When I struggled with equalization, the instructor helped break down the technique instead of just telling me to “try again.” That made a huge difference. The AOW dives were smooth and well coordinated. Underwater communication was clear and reassuring. Bangka was beautiful — colorful reefs and a relaxed pace. The team kept everything professional while maintaining a very friendly vibe.
