I recommend staying in Exotic Resort while in Malapascua. It's a safe, clean place for the family. There is always a guard that watches over the place. The staffs are friendly and helpful specially Ms Angel from the dining room . They can take care of the transportation from the airport to the resort. They have a nice beach front which has fine white sands with plenty of lounging chairs. Happy hour features signature cocktails at buy one take one promotion. They serve a variety of international cuisine. Their only boo-boo is that the kitchen didn't wake up to make my pack breakfast which they apologized for. I gave them the option of just giving it to me the night before so that they do not have to wake up earlier but they wanted to make it fresh. But, it was not a big problem for me. I stayed in this resort way back in 1999 and I must say Their hospitality has not changed.

Beautiful property, with a nice sand floor restaurant so you feel like you are right on the beach. If you want to stay at the nicest property on the island this would certainly be it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning and packed up to go when you need to go diving early. Full dive shop with excellent dive masters. We did our Advanced Open Water here and our dive master Julius was outstanding along with the whole crew. We learned so much during our 6 dives with the crew. Would certainly stay at the property again if we were to return. I would suggest bringing more cash than you expect to need as there are basically no working ATMs on the island and the hotel will charge 3.5% for any card transactions. Overall great experience even with getting stuck on the island due to a typhoon.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay on Malapascua. The rooms are beautiful and all of the staff are the kindest. The menu at the restaurant is massive and the food was all delicious! We also did some diving here and the dive staff were so friendly and so helpful with the equipment and loading it onto the boat and taking it off /cleaning it. Highly recommend staying here. It is a beautiful oasis right on the beach!
