I like Mactan it got everything you need and close to the airport. It’s also setup better for the average foreigner
It’s a nice island with an international airport. East coast is perfect to spend time on the beach.
We took the Crimson Resort Sunset Cruise on our second night there. View was nothing special and the boat was mediocre at best. However, we all had a great time despite that.
