Terrible service. As others have reported, when booking on Airbnb, after payment and confirmation this business will message to say the price has changed and to pay more. I refused, as the listing clearly stated that no extra fees payable, the host was offering a discount and I'd booked based on the price listed. The host cancelled the booking after this and just said something like no longer available, even though it was. The host says that the prices change which is just a scam. I found the same place elsewhere online and booked for the correct price. Stay away! Most of the properties are not actually their own - theyre a middle man and a bad one at that. **edit in response to business reply implying this is a fake review. This review is for the correct business, I don't write bad reviews in my spare time for the lols. I do not need or want to provide any details to you since I do not trust you at all. I wrote this review so that others might not get ripped off and taken advantage of. I am not the only person who has had this experience with you. Ive also reported this to the hotels you are booking for so that they are aware of what you're doing.

We booked through Airbnb the 2 bedroom apartment ,in Rose Garden hotel apartments at Al Barsha- Dubai. The location was excellent — right next to the metro — which made getting around extremely convenient for us. Although the area is not in the city center and not the most lively neighborhood, it felt safe and worked perfectly for our needs. We used the metro a lot, so having it so close was a huge advantage. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in the photos. It was very spacious, with large and comfortable beds. The mattress and pillows were especially comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. Overall, it was an affordable, great value-for-money option, and we had a very pleasant stay.

That moment completely changed my perspective and made the experience even more memorable ❤️ Because of this amazing experience, this brand will be my first choice whenever I book a stay in the future.
