Lutwala Dive and Bungalows

A dive center like no other. I had come to Gili Trawangan just to do my open water basic course, but because this place was so amazing and everybody working here from the instructors to the Staff are so welcoming. I ended up doing my advance as well as my rescue course with them. If you’re beginning your diving journey, this is the place to do it!

I absolutely loved my stay at Lutwala! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the place has such a warm and welcoming vibe. There are wonderful animals around and direct access to the beach. It’s the perfect spot on Gili T — peaceful and away from the party noise. The bungalow was cozy and comfortable. I already miss my sweet goat friend Giselle who lives there! 🐐💛

If you guys don't allow guests with electric bike to come in or park , supposely you've to put any warning or sign in every media you sell your bungalows service. Moved a rented electric bike to be outside of your bungalows without any permissions is such an inappropriate way to treat you customers, because you can put us on trouble if the electric bike was lost. About why i did check in midnight? Because i was coming there for work, and my friend who ordered the room informed that you guys already secure the room as what your staff informed to my friend, if you don't want to wait, you can let us know than we would understand and definitely allocate time to come and take the room key. Once again, you sell service, please treat your customer well 🙏
