Local Divers Koh Chang - PADI Dive Center

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Local Divers in Koh Chang! The entire team was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. A special shout-out to my instructor, Jess, who was fantastic throughout the entire trip. As an above-the-knee amputee, I sometimes have specific needs when it comes to logistics and gear, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was well-supported. They took great care of me and made sure my diving experience was safe, fun, and exciting. We visited some amazing spots, including the Htms Chang Dive's Spot wreck, Hin Luk Bat, and Hin Rap. The diving was spectacular, and the equipment provided was in top-notch shape. The boat was also well-stocked with plenty of food and drinks to keep us fueled throughout the day. If you are looking for a team that is inclusive, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do, I cannot recommend Local Divers enough. I’ll definitely be back!

I went for a full day dive trip with 3 dives there. 4000B all inclusive ; gear, lunch, snacks. Best price / quality. I spent a great day on a chill boat with a nice vibe, it did not feel like a diving factory as often in Thailand. I’d had a bad diving experience years before and did not dive since, and Chris our instructor made me feel safe and keen to dive again, that’s precious. We did 3 spots ; 2 reefs + the famous wreck. Visibility was not great but that’s how it is, not the center’s fault. Pick this center if you want a chill local vibe the whole day, and dives where you don’t feel like one in a million. When back in Koh Chang I’ll definitely go back there.

I generally love snorkelling around the stunning coral reefs in the National Marine Park in the province of Trat, Local Divers were my choice on this trip. I’d rather choose a dedicated dive boat over a speed boat island tour because dive boats are professional and the focus is always on the dive. Local Divers are founded by a local diver of course “Tea” who has vast knowledge and experience in the area. Tea, Carmen and the entire team of scuba diving instructors are attention to detail at all times, very informative and don’t get tired of endless local marine questions! Great dive boat, lots of communal space and fantastic buffet lunch that’s on par with any local restaurant 😁🙏🏼 Local Divers were so good I booked another trip to the local corals and the shipwreck. Go with local divers, you will not be disappointed ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
