Five stars aren’t even enough for this wonderful dive centre focused on coral restoration! We had a lovely and interesting time with the very funny yet professional and lovely Rob. He and Lea were definitely amazing in their job! Rob taught us everything we needed to know about what they’re doing and we even got to plant some coral too! They provide lunch if you go out with them and such an amazing ginger tea (if I wasn’t persistent and excited enough about the crew then the ginger tea should make you want to join - it was the best I’ve ever had!). In the end we even sponsored the shop with purchasing our own reefstars. So now we have a reason to go back and check out how big it gets after a while. Big thank you for the crew taking us out and keep up the good work! You’re all doing amazing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Livingseas Bali during my Open Water Diver course! My instructor, Albert (Abe), was absolutely fantastic — incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire 3-day journey. As someone who started with zero swimming skills (even in the pool), it was a lot to take in. But Abe made everything feel manageable and safe. He guided both me and my diving buddy (also a complete beginner) through each step with patience and encouragement. By the end of the course, I felt confident doing exercises I never thought I’d be able to do! Rob joined us on the 2nd and 3rd day and was such a fun and encouraging companion. Both Abe and Rob went above and beyond with their skills, always making sure we were learning properly and actually enjoying the process. One of the most meaningful parts of the course was visiting the Livingseas coral restoration site. Seeing the thousands of corals they’ve planted over the years was truly inspiring. You can tell how passionate they are about the ocean — the amount of effort and care they’ve poured into it is amazing. There was one moment during the final exercise — ascending while giving my backup regulator to my buddy — where I struggled and honestly thought I’d fail. I couldn’t save him in time and felt very disappointed in myself. But Abe handled it with so much compassion, guiding us through what went wrong, and still giving us the certification. That kind of support meant a lot. TL;DR — Abe and Rob were absolute legends. They made a potentially overwhelming course into something empowering and fun. I’ll definitely be back for more fun dives and hope to see Abe, Rob, and Allie again! 5/5 to the entire Livingseas team. Thank you for everything!

I had the privilege of spending two unforgettable days with Livingseas Asia and it was nothing short of incredible.
