Les Aquanautes - Martinique Snorkeling

We had an amazing time learning about corals and seeing them in their natural environment. Stephane was great, sharing his extensive knowledge, paying attention to eberybody in the small group, making sure people of all experience and abilities, even novices like us, were safe and could enjoy the experience, and leading us to explore the coral reefs on a long snorkeling "hike". We saw sea sponges and living corals, too many beautiful fish species to count, a shy little octopus, a baracuda, and more... I never thought it would be possible for me to see such beauty. We left with newfound appreciation for the underwater world and how to enjoy it without harming it, and a new confidence in the water, which allowed us to explore on our own in the next days on the beaches of Martinique. I highy recommend this activity - you will certainly enjoy it and it might just leave you changed!

Going out with Stephane is not your usual snorkling outing. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It was the first time I was explained in detail the science and the history behind corals and coral reef, and why we should respect them and care for them. Beyond the learning, Stephane took us to a great spot and was a wealth of knowledge and patience to make sure that this experience was fun and memorable. Thank you so much.
