Lembongan divers

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. We booked a snorkeling trip including a GoPro rental, and we were told all our videos would be sent to us afterwards. Unfortunately, the files they sent were completely corrupted and unusable – none of our footage worked. When we went back to the office to ask for help, the staff member was disrespectful and rude, and clearly didn’t know how to handle a GoPro or transfer files properly. Despite the fact that we received zero working videos, he refused any refund and told us, “whether it worked or not, you used it,” which is unacceptable for a paid service. He kept speaking to us in a very aggressive and unprofessional way, and even continued being disrespectful in messages afterwards. We left with no videos, a bad experience, and absolutely no customer support. I do not recommend this company. There are many other snorkeling operators on the island who are honest, respectful, and actually deliver what you pay for.

It was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The staff seemed very anxious and rushed for money. The place itself was in a very bad, neglected state, and we even noticed the presence of rats. On top of that, they changed our boat at the last minute, the equipment was of poor quality, and the captain they had promised didn't even show up. They were in a hurry to finish the snorkeling activity in a bad way. We would not go back or recommend this place.

Lembongan Divers – Professional, Safe & Unforgettable We spent 3 days diving around Nusa Lembongan and nearby islands — 8 dives in total, including thrilling drift dives, vibrant coral reefs, turtles, and unforgettable manta ray encounters. My son and his dad completed their Advanced Diver certification, and the team made the process smooth and encouraging. While they dove, us two girls snorkeled one day, and Lembongan Divers kindly provided a dedicated guide so we could still share the experience — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. We wore life jackets, which I highly recommend in choppy conditions, and all the equipment was in great condition and well looked after. A lovely bonus: the local lunch was absolutely delicious — prepared fresh and collected back at the island each day. It really added to the whole experience. Special thanks to Alit, the master diver with 33 years of experience, and to the amazing captain and crew — friendly, professional, and safety-focused throughout. Highly recommended for divers and snorkelers alike!
