Amazing experience, we did a 1-week freediving adventure with la Casa Surya and it was exceptional! Sabrina is a great teacher, combining Yoga and Freediving, to provide the most thoughtful guidance I have ever seen. She really cares about her students and genuinely try to help everyone progress, but also enjoy and have a good time. Her knowledge of Tulum and the region has been a great advantage during the whole week, and she passionately shares her experience. I more than highly recommend La Casa Surya, for any freediving/Yoga experience, for both beginners looking to dive/discover but also advanced levels wanting the train and improve.
