This captain cook snorkel was the highlight of our trip, I cannot recommend this enough!! And the team at Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours was super tuned into how everyone in the group was feeling and making sure everyone had a good time. They even gave us fresh fruit after the snorkel which was amazing! If you do nothing else on the big island, make sure you do the Captain Cook snorkel with the Hawaii Island and Ocean Tours company specifically.
The water and scenery were beautiful. Our tour guide, Danielle was a lot of fun and very informative of the sites! We were lucky and had a couple of whales make a quick appearance. It was a fun trip.
If you're looking for adventure, this is it! Zodiac Navy Seal Speed Boat, small group. Wild Dolphin Watch, Sea Cave & Captain Cook, Kealakekua Bay Reef Snorkel Adventure. We did not see any Dolphins, but we did see a couple of humpback whales in passing. Kealakekua Bay really has some amazing reefs for snorkeling! I saw eels, multiple variations of colorful fish! Wished I had a GoPro waterproof camera for sure. Fresh Pineapple on the boat was so refreshing! Thank you Koa & Erica!
