Koh Tao Scuba Club

My husband and I completed our diving course here during our honeymoon, and it was 3 days of pure joy! Our instructor, Jung Keun Joe, was absolutely AMAZING. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire learning process. He made us feel safe and confident in the water, and thanks to him we truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. The girls at reception were also fantastic, their customer service was outstanding. They were always welcoming, helpful, and organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. This course became one of the most memorable parts of our honeymoon, and we’re so grateful to the whole team for making it so special. We would highly recommend this scuba club to anyone visiting Koh Tao!

We just completed our Advanced Open Water certification with Koh Tao Scuba Club over the last three days, and we had such a great experience, especially thanks to our instructor, Ernesto. There were four of us in the group, and Ernesto was fantastic from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we felt confident and comfortable before every dive. He has a great way of breaking things down so they’re easy to understand, and he was always patient with any questions we had. On top of being a very professional and knowledgeable instructor, Ernesto was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We always felt safe, supported, and encouraged to improve our skills. We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor for our Advanced Open Water course. Highly recommend Koh Tao Scuba Club and if you can, ask for Ernesto!

I recently completed my Open Water course with Koh Tao Scuba Club, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My instructor, Malcom Roemmelt, was absolutely outstanding. When it came to safety, clarity of explanations, time management, and the overall flow of skills and tasks, he went above and beyond at every step. I truly felt that the maximum you could expect from an instructor was reached - safe, guided, and reassured all the way through. From the first pool session to the final dives on the third day, everything was carefully planned and perfectly executed. For instance, I had a brief moment of panic underwater, and Malcom handled it in the best possible way - calm, patient, and completely professional. His English is excellent, his instructions are clear. He truly knows what he’s doing and always finds a solution to make the student feel safe and supported. You can trust Malcom 100%. If you’re thinking about doing your course on Koh Tao, I wholeheartedly recommend Koh Tao Scuba Club - and if you can, ask for Malcom! EDIT: A week latter had a fantastic afternoon fun dive with Scuba Club Koh Tao and Dive Master Daniele! He was structured, caring, and super friendly, going the extra mile to ensure we all felt safe, attended to, and had an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend him and the club for anyone visiting Koh Tao - pure professionalism and fun underwater!
