From the very beginning, Alex was incredibly helpful—answering all of my questions thoroughly and making sure I fully understood what the Open Water certification involved. She also went above and beyond by helping us navigate ferry schedules and transportation to the shop, which took a lot of stress off our trip. Our instructor, Richard, was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He works efficiently but never rushes—he does not move forward until you are truly ready. I was very nervous and experienced a significant panic attack during training, and Richard calmly waited with me, talked me through it, and met me exactly where I was. Without his understanding and professionalism, I honestly would not have made it through the first day. This is a top-notch dive company with an amazing staff who truly care about their divers. I highly recommend Jungle Divers, and we will absolutely be diving with them again when we return to beautiful Mexico.

Our family had a great experience diving with Stef over two days on our vacation in Cozumel. He was very patient with us (it had been 3 years since our last dive!) and we were cruising along in no time. Saw lots of turtles, sharks, stingrays - way more than any other diving trip we had been on! Stef is clearly very knowledgeable and explains the habits of all the fishes/lobsters/etc before diving which makes it rewarding once you spot them on the reef. Strongly recommend Jungle Divers for people looking to see lots of wildlife with a low-pressure and accessible diving experience!!!
