Infinity Dive

Recently, I purchased some dive equipment, and Ken was extremely helpful in showing me around the shop and explaining the different options available. One piece of kit turned out to have a mechanical issue once I had it installed, Ken wasted no time in organising a replacement directly from the manufacturer. This arrived within a few days and resulted in a very happy customer. Great customer service and will highly recommend Infinity Dive for your diving needs!

The shop owners Joe and Jamie are so lovely and helpful. Professional interaction and prompt messaging on WhatsApp. They helped me and took me thru the entire process I placed the order on their website not knowing them before and many miles away (Dubai to Australia). They were very reassuring sent me pictures of the entire kit already assembled as I asked but you can opt not to and tested professionally. My order was significantly expensive as it included many scubapro tec gear back plates and multiple wings for 30 and 40lbs and some advanced twin tank regulators kit and other accessories. I highly recommend those guys. They probably should add pictures of their shop and work on their marketing but the family feel and care is quite obvious. I look forward to going down under and scuba dive one day!
