Hellas Freedivers

I was lucky enough to do my second level of freediving with Hellas Freedivers, and the experience was simply excellent. The theoretical training took place at their facility, in an organized and welcoming environment, while the practical lessons took place at sea, with absolute emphasis on safety and proper technique. My instructor was Kostas Madouros, a truly excellent teacher with deep knowledge and experience in freediving. He guided me with calm, clarity and absolute professionalism. The most important thing for me was the trust he showed me from the very beginning — something that helped me overcome my fears and achieve goals that I thought were unattainable. The program included four lessons, and thanks to the excellent guidance, I completed Level 2 with ease and joy, feeling that I was evolving each time. 💬 I would highly recommend them, whether you are a beginner or more advanced. The quality of the training, the attention to detail and their human interest make the difference. A special moment for me?
