Heichao Dive

Dive center was very organised, equipments were well maintained and clean! There were shower facilities and comfortable changing area (and hair dryer!). I did a snorkel and intro dive session. Instructor Lin was extremely clear with instructions and patient, felt really safe and well taken care of. The instructor will at appropriate times check your comfort levels, it was very assuring. Water condition was great,although due to the sea condition we were not able to go into the blue cave for safety reasons but we went to another area which was still good! Highly recommend :) if planning to go from naha and trying to make the 930am session, should take bus 20 instead of 120.

I had such a wonderful experience at Heichao Dive. I had signed up for the scuba experience at the blue cave. Their shop location was at easy to access. Staff were helpful, and many of them spoke my language. I felt well taken care of. I had a Japanese dive master with me going open water. He was experienced and caring. He had looked after me and my wife so well. The same time he had taken so many pictures and videos of the whole process. The water was beautiful and so were the photos and videos. I already want to go again. Thank you Heichao Dive

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a dive shop. I simply asked whether there was a slot available for tomorrow, and instead of giving a clear yes or no, they insisted on calling me — just to avoid answering a basic question. Even worse, I clearly stated multiple times that I could only do the activity on that specific day. After I paid, they suddenly told me the slot was full. Instead of offering a prompt refund, they kept pushing other time slots I had already told them I couldn’t attend. This is completely unprofessional, confusing, and a total waste of time. I do not recommend this shop to anyone — communication is poor, customer needs are ignored, and they have no respect for your time or money.
