Halik Reef, Diving Spot

A perfect dive spot to see a variety of marine life, turtles, small black tip shark, moray eel, octopus, sea cucumber, titan tigersfish, leaf fish, bannerfish. The current can be strong for novice divers, its import to have a plan if you loose sight with your buddy/group. Be careful of other boats passing when ascending as one dive instructor been hit with boat propellor some year ago.

Saw lot of different Fish, some turtles and also sharks diving there. Was a great dive but we had a very strong current. Maybe not the best spot for your first dives.

Snorkeling is great from the shallow to deep part. In 3hours I saw 12 turtles, big schools of red tooth trigger fish, schools of different butterfly fish, parrot fish, spade fish, lion fish, a lobster, a blacktip, trompet fish, crocodileneedle fish, SARDINES by the hundreds etc...just amazing...the current gets stronger the closer you get to the Corner of the island so be aware.
